Understanding your Message Center Bill
- Our answering services are billed by calculating the amount of time our representatives spend on your account. This includes the time a representative is handling a live call, taking a message, dialing out/paging, reviewing your account for accuracy, etc.
* Please remember that not all calls handled by our representatives result in a message. However, because the representative answered the call (and/or gave out information on your behalf) we would still consider this billable time.
- Our system has the capability to take automatic action at designated times throughout the day which allows you the convenience of having your messages emailed/faxed directly to you on a schedule that meets your needs. Because these actions are automated and do not require a representative’s attention, you are not billed for this time or service.
*Faxing/Emailing features can be provided at no additional cost to all of our Message Center clients.
- Message Center services are billed monthly. The number of minutes utilized are reflected along with the actual dates of service.
*Please note the actual dates of service for the Message Center are different from the billing cycle date which also prints on your statement.
